Since the industry has a ways to go with regulation, we have taken it upon ourselves to invest and focus on operating to the current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) of the pharmaceutical, supplements, and food industries, as prescribed by the US Food & Drug Administration (FDA).
Additionally, HerbaSystems’ internal control of the supply chain allows us to run quality assurance programs from soil to sale. At each stage of our products’ life cycles, we test for pesticides, mycotoxins, heavy metals, and residual solvents; while ensuring that our soil, seeds, hemp, and extracts hit our customers’ desired purity and potency. Although the extent of our quality management is not required for compliance to outside regulators, our Vision and Mission insist on it.
Finally, we supplement our internal quality assurance with analysis from third party laboratories with ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation to ensure valid and transparent test results, and to promote confidence in our work, both nationally and around the world.
